These crooks are so shifless and con artists that they do not refund and return money back on brand new parts even when they have the parts returned back to them ! They ignore calls to their parts department, and Avery is "unavailable", when for the past 10 years he always answered the phone ! What a bunch of god da** crooks this Group is ! A bunch of cheap, irresponsible con artists ! Even old man Hennessey is better that this crappy group !
Worst customer service ever.I am very shocked and appalled at the way my mother-in law was treated by the service team yesterday. She had her 2009 Dodge Journey brought in for transmission failure on 1/28/16. After 5 days, Teresa Richardson stated she would need a new transmission for 5k, however Teresa did not state what specifically the problem was with the transmission. Mom was told she would find her vehicle in the back lot. Never in all my experience, did the service person not take you to your car or have your car brought up to the customer area. Well that’s because your dealership left her car in shambles. The transmission was not put back which left the motor, battery and everything else under the hood unattached. We were told to have the transmission put back would be another $600.SHAME on you for treating any female customer so disrespectfully. And SHAME on you for calling me today to see if I would like to purchase a new vehicle. Did you not read my review?? DUHHHHH
I agree with all of the 1 star reviews. I bought a brand new vehicle and have had multiple problems with the brakes. Was told that my warranty doesn't cover that. I only have $29,000 miles on my vehicle. I will never buy a Mitsubishi again. Can I do a 0 for the star?
I just bought my first car from Mark Cain at autonation. He was patient and professional. He was running all over the place getting the information I needed and very helpful. This might be my first car bought from Mark but it won't be my last.
I drove out to autonation looking to update my old explorer. Mark met me at the door and helped me get a great deal on a new 2015 Edge. He'll help you too.
I was referred to autonation ford by my friend Kevin Hall. He said if you want a great deal and a great salesman, ask for Mark Cain. He was right. Mark got me a great deal on a new F-150. He was honest and not pushy. Go see for yourself.
Never again ! This is a "one-time only" dealership. As soon as these guys sell you a car, forgot about anything else once you drive off the lot. If you have any further questions, don't bother calling. ALBERT FORD and friends will almost NEVER call you back, nor will you be able to get them on the phone after you're gone.We were promised a second set of FOB keys for a Jetta ($250 value), that the salesman took home the previous night by mistake. We were told it would be mailed the following morning. It's been 25 days since they told us it was mailed out. Asked for confirmation or tracking #, they couldn't supply it. When I asked for the confirmation number, the salesman started accusing me of calling him a liar that I was assuming he didn't send it.ALBERT FORD is practicing bad salemanship. Trust me, he's too busy to call you back and answer your questions or concerns after he makes a sale. I'm not sure about the other salesmen. I will NEVER go to that dealership again. Little things go a long way.
Had a great experience selling my old odyssey at Autonation in Union city. Mark Cain was very helpful. The process was quick and they gave me a great price for it. If you want to sell your vehicle, check out autonation.
I worked with several employees, including Mark Cain. This place is more of a family experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This was one of the best experiences I've had. This was the first car in my name and it was exciting and every question was answered. I am very happy.
