Very unprofessional people with invalid contracts. Save your money & shop elsewhere. Down payment $1500 & does NOT include a tag. You are responsible for the purchase of your own tag, which is almost $300! Tag payment is due immediately after purchase & two weeks later first payment is due. Dealer name Tom is rude & very disrespectful. Will repo if late on a payment. Very shady, just out to get money! Don't waste your money or time! Cars are clunkers!
this is absolutely the worst Auto Sales place to buy a car.the cars are refurbished totaled and rebuilt. I will never recommend anyone to this dealer. The cars are over priced . Thet might last a month before you start having mechanical problems. Please dont be a sucker like I was. Nick golden is a fraud and people work too hard to be played out of their money.
These crooks are so shifless and con artists that they do not refund and return money back on brand new parts even when they have the parts returned back to them ! They ignore calls to their parts department, and Avery is "unavailable", when for the past 10 years he always answered the phone ! What a bunch of god da** crooks this Group is ! PLEASE STAY AWAY! this man sold me a lemon car , the car stop working after 2 weeks, went to have it looked at by Auto zone. They said it was a death trap. My car broke down in the emissions line. I contacted the BBB , they was told that the car seller said I void my 30 day warranty when I have the car looked at. That's crazy because I had to buy a battery for it to start so of course I'm going to have it looked at. I did not receive my title in the mail. This placed a lot of stress on me because I am a college student and everything I do it out of pocket. My hard earn cash was gone. Please stay away from this place. I really pray the owner see wrong in his ways just to grab a quick dollar.

Worst customer service ever.I am very shocked and appalled at the way my mother-in law was treated by the service team yesterday. She had her 2009 Dodge Journey brought in for transmission failure on 1/28/16. After 5 days, Teresa Richardson stated she would need a new transmission for 5k, however Teresa did not state what specifically the problem was with the transmission. Mom was told she would find her vehicle in the back lot. Never in all my experience, did the service person not take you to your car or have your car brought up to the customer area. Well that’s because your dealership left her car in shambles. The transmission was not put back which left the motor, battery and everything else under the hood unattached. We were told to have the transmission put back would be another $600.SHAME on you for treating any female customer so disrespectfully. And SHAME on you for calling me today to see if I would like to purchase a new vehicle. Did you not read my review?? DUHHHHH
