        Staff botched several deposits and management was worse. The manager Zainal Shaneez Mohammed is absolutely disgusting individual with no professionalism or manners what so ever. Blatantly lied to my face. He claims he is there all the time. But every time I ask for him they tell me he's not there and he's morbidly obese. If he was there I would have noticed him. Normally Bank of the West has the best customer service, but this branch is the major exception to the rule.
