This Home Depot is awesome. Everyone is always so friendly and eager to assist. They are especially patient with my twin toddlers.

Home Depot has been good through all of this however if they use these kinds of companies to represent them they should expect to lose more business as they did mine.



I ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot in Montville CT. XPO Last mile is the company they use to deliver. I bought my washer and dryer on 3/19 to be delivered on 3/27 because i was moving and had the day off (Samsung had shipping issues) My delivery date got changed to 4/2. I tried calling them multiple times to get another delivery time because i was not available until after 4:30. The woman from XPO said she would note the account. I received a confirmation call at 1:30 yesterday they would be at my house in a half hour. I frantically called my husband to see if he could leave work to get to the house to meet these guys. While on the phone with the dispatcher, he said im on the like with the delivery driver, they will make you last stop. I said thank you so much and told my husband ( who was already driving home) to go back to work. 6 pm rolls around last night and I've not heard or seen from anyone. I called XPO They said sorry our guys are already back, no more deliveries. I told him they were supposed to stop at my place last, he said that's not guaranteed ( had I been notified of this, I would of let my husband go meet them) I told the guy this is BS, he hung up on me. In the mean time I got home depot on the phone I just dropped 1300 bucks and now have been without a washer and dryer for a week after moving and have a wedding to go to. I would like to be able to wash my clothes!! Did I mention I have two dogs with fur?! Home depot said XPO doesnt deliver on Fridays so I will see delivery on Saturday but they cant give me any specifics. In the mean time I am on the phone with home depot corporate. They have delivery solutions contact XPO and they tell delivery solutions that they cannot make it until Tuesday?! Are you kidding me. I cancelled the order and went to Lowes who does their own delivery. Home Depot has just lost my business for anything they do not carry in stock as I want nothing to do with XPO. I will make sure everyone I know is aware how this company does business. I order a lot of things and XPO is the worst company I have EVER dealt with.

This store is dialed in. If you are a builder check them out. It can't be the home depot.
