I used to work there and I can say that Chad yelled at us allot and had a habit of doing it in front of customers often almost on a daily basis. He would also watch our Facebook pages and if we complained at all about him on there he would threaten to have us fired if we did not take it down. He had time to yell at me during work, and watch my social networking sights during the night but he didn't really try to help us at all and it never seemed like he would actually do much work like some of the other managers did. I was one of the guys that walked out but I don't want to put my real name down as I know Chad would try to cause trouble for me in my personal life
The reason for the 2 stars and not more has nothing to do with the food but everything to do with the management. I went to Wendy's looking for a quiet meal and instead had to listen to this manager Chad Leaper as he was yelling at employes. I asked the staff if that was normal and one employe told me 7-8 people walked out recently due to his harassment of staff and that he feels entitled to have privileges to verbally abuse his staff regularly. I was also told that at times other customers had to confront this guy as to make him stop yelling and abusing people and at one time one customer went behind the counter as to confront him. I would recommend avoiding this location while Chad Leaper is working unless you want to watch this guy verbal abuse his staff in front of customers. I didn't realize Wendy's allows this type of behavior within their corporation but obviously they do.
