Driving around the Dupont Circle area of Washington D.C. my kids and I stopped in for a late lunch at Pizzeria Paradiso. Parking on the street - at a meter - on this wet and windy afternoon, we quickly made it inside.Sean was our server and we were quickly seated. Restaurant was packed for 3:30 in the afternoon, but I guess that's Washington D.C. Simple order - a 12" Paradiso Pizza with birreria tomato sauce at $18.00 and some Cozze E Gamberi at $10.00. Water for all as our beverage.Food was tasty and cooked to order. Fast and courteous service. Sean expedited our order - as requested - as my kids and I had a dinner engagement in Georgetown in just over 90 minutes. Didn't want to eat too much before dinner.Restaurant and restrooms were clean. No issues at all - an overall pleasant experience.William E. Lewis Jr.Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Ate dinner here with a big work group and we had arranged a prix fixe family style meal. The restaurant was packed but the servers were still super attentive with wine service and drink refills to all 20 in our party. They had great attitudes. Food came out quickly and the courses were well-paced. The dishes were all super tasty, from the bread to the salad to the pastas and the chicken and salmon. The evening was punctuated with a delicious tiramisu dessert. Definitely recommend
Nice restaurant, nice friendly staff and excellent food. Great for a change of pace!
I love this restaurant, there is a variety of dishes you can choose from, the pizza is sooo amazingly yummy and the service is amazing. It is family friendly, and you feel at home.
I ate at this restaurant 2 weeks ago....never ever, ever again. Ordered pasta Primavera with shrimp. The sauce was tasteless and runny. Sauce so thin until nothing was clinging to the pasta. I paid an exhorbent amount for two dishes of the same....and I swear I will never visit the establishment again. I ordered the food to go. I just did not have the energy to return the disgusting dish. The place is very expensive for no darn reason. Totally and utterly disappointed. Do yourselves s favor avoid this place. I cant believe they are still open.
Surely we will come back here again. I love the homey ambiance of the place as well as their home style cooking.
A local delight. The owner is very friendly. The food is decent. They have reasonably priced wine and classic Italian dishes. The garlic sauce they bring with bread is worth the trip all buy itself. One of my regular spots.
A neighborhood gem with a country club dressy feel. A great place to bring older family or groups. Also great for a quiet out of the limelight business dinner. Always have parking. Reasonable food and wine. Impress your friends with this old relatively unadvertised reliable spot.
Food was excellent. Casual place yet I felt a bit underdressed in a t-shirt. You may want to step it up. This place is tucked away. seems that it attracts a lot of locals in this quiet neighborhood. Menu changes frequently. Had a great soft shell crab. Seems a waste of Roberto Donna's talent to just have Pizza, I would go for something unusual and delicious.
Wow. Almost no words. Has to be experienced.
