A-1 was recommended by a neighbor who apparently had good luck with them. By my 1 star rating you can tell I didn't. I was going to have them do the initial vacuum for the season and add chemicals while they were here since a trip charge is for a minimum of 1 hour at $80.The vacuum they sent with the tech was one that you hook to a garden hose and about the only thing the bag would catch was leaves and the occasional bug, so that was absolutely worthless. He figured out in about 30 seconds that his setup wasn't working. He then added all the chemicals. Because he was there for the one trip charge, he didn't add them like I would have, and like they were supposed to be added. I talked to them once I got the bill, figuring they were going to do something due to the problems, which they didn't. At that point I called the company. They were going to send the tech out the next afternoon after finding out I had the equipment to do the vacuuming properly. I set it up in the afternoon because I was not going to be home in the morning, and our pool is not accessible due to padlocked gates. They tried to send the tech out twice that morning, calling once after he was already there. They told me he can go ahead and get started if you laid the equipment out. Nope, not unless they can scale a security fence. After the 2nd time they tried to get him out there in the morning. I cancelled the reschedule as I was frankly tired of dealing with people that won't listen.
