They only care about getting their money and getting their quota for the month.been here for two years and have been telling about issues we have been having for three months and nothing has been done.calling coporate maybe then something will get done! Wouldn't remend anyone to move in here.i really regret moving here. They don't care about their renters or home owners at all. They say all we do is complain we'll maybe you need to do ur damn job then we wouldn't have to complain
We came to look at the selection of mobilehomes that shiloh pines has, the first mobilehome that was showed looked ok from the glance. There are stuff wrong with this house that they will not fix, the front door is warped, bedroom doors won't close because the brackets are messed up, the back door is warped. When we paid the deposit, they took the money, but said that "rent is due tomorrow ". They did not do a walk-through, did not disclose any info about water bill, trash, or where our property started and where it ended. We did not know how to get the water turned on, so we went to the water department, they said it was already on. It made us feel like a fool. Found out that they read their own meters. People just can't hold their words, where I come from things got fixed. When we moved in, the trash can was already full from the tenants before. Seems like there in this for the $$$$$.Has anybody experienced the same problems that we have with shiloh pines. If you have let me know.
