        Great service and reasonable prices. I would not even think of using anyone else. Al is great! He always has the solution to my shipping problem. He is a true genius.

        old store needs to be updated. their prices are too expensive!!! i gave them one star only because i had to!

        Hi Veronica, I am the owner of USA Parcel & Mail I am sorry that I don't have the extra money to update my store . But would you respond to the customer service you recieved ? Did we treat you with respect and complete the task set upon us ? I appologize for the high prices but the cost of fuel these days are also out of my control. I would like to ask for a second chance I will lower our price if need be. thanks for your kind concideration. AL

        Well, I feel terrible. I wrote an ugly review on this company and find out later that my package was sent UPS, not USPS, and arrived safe and sound. It was placed in the apartment complex office and they forgot about it...So, shame on me. USA Parcel & Mail in Tyler on Broadway did their job!
