        My father passed away on July 20, 2020. My family and I decided to use Lloyd James instead the one our family had used for many, many years, BWT. I want to say that it was a choice well made. I wish we had made that choice when our mother had passed away in April of 2019. The compassion and the concern shown by Sam Billings was over whelming. He explained all in detail and let us take our time in making our decisions at this difficult time. Everything from the music we chose, the flowers, the programs were perfect. No one could have done a better job. Tammy Matthews is such a sweetheart and helped us greatly as well. Sam and Tammy are both one in a million.
