Jerry's Flowers And Assoc. Inc.

On May 4, I placed an order with Jerry's Flowers online for the deluxe version of Teleflora's Love Medley Bouquet with Red Roses for Mother's Day. I requested delivery at my mother's home in Tyler for the morning of Saturday, May 7. The flowers were finally delivered sometime after 7:30a.m. on Sunday morning, but looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. When I called to complain, I was told they had added $44 worth in more flowers so that I received more value for my money. The pictures I posted in the gallery above tell a different story.

Jerry's Flowers delivered a beautiful funeral arrangement within hours of placing the order. I will definitely do business with this company again!

I live 4 hours away from Tyler and called several florists to order boutineers for my son's wedding. I was somewhat nervous because I was calling about 10 days before the wedding. Jerry's Flowers was the 4th florist I called, and when I found out they had a person named Raymond that specialized in weddings, I was impressed. He had the best price out of the four I called and knew exactly what I needed. I also had to order roses for the bridesmaids at the last minute and Raymond took care of it for me. The order was delivered exactly at the time I was told they'd be delivered to the venue. I would recommend this florist for a wedding or any other special occasion! Thanks, Raymond!!

My mom and I had met with several florists before going to see Raymond at Jerry's flowers. All the other florists had a few little ideas about this flower or that, but nothing really spectacular. During our first meeting with Raymond, he took my partial ideas of what the wedding could look like with a few cherry blossom arrangements and transformed them into a Japanese Tea Garden. He really listened to what I wanted and expanded on my small ideas to make them into beautiful decorations. I knew from the time of the bridals that we were going to be in for a treat the day of the wedding. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous! It was done using silks because I was an out of town bride, and I was a bit worried about that because I have never seen fake flowers look real. I had no need to worry, the bouquet looked completely real, and was just beautiful in my bridal portraits. The day of the wedding I was excited to see the flowers and I knew they would be gorgeous, but they still blew me away!! He really created Japanese Heaven and went way above and beyond! All of the flowers were gorgeous, and there were arrangements everywhere! I absolutely loved how beautiful my wedding turned out and that is all because of Raymond's hard work!!

My daughter and I went in to see Raymond at Jerry's Flowers already expecting to go with another florist, but we had made the appointment and decided to keep it. From the beginning, he had a vision for my daughter's Japanese Garden theme. Each time we visited with him he listened and made adjustments that we requested. On the day of the wedding I was stunned at the beauty and quality of the work done by Raymond and his employees. The bouquets, the table arrangements, the altar display were so much more than I expected. The number and quality of the flowers was exceptional. The Japanese Garden theme was carefully woven into each and every arrangement. The only deposit required was a minimum "save the date" deposit, with the balance of the order paid two weeks prior to the wedding. Raymond and his staff went well above and beyond my expectations to make my daughter's wedding a most beautiful and joyous occasion. Thanks again, Raymond!!

My father passed away recently and I ordered a casket piece with red roses because those were his favorite flower. It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Everyone raved about how lovely it was and how much it would have meant to my father, Jack. They made a very difficult time easier by taking care of all the arrangements for me. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered an easel for a funeral & it was beautiful. The flowers were fresh, as if they were just picked. I ordered this for a group & everyone just talked about how wonderful it was & how reasonable it was with so many flowers on it..The easel was about 5 feet tall, just stood out, very noticeable... ...Liz was most helpful. We will use Jerry's again..Thank you...

I recently attended a wedding that used them and it was gorgeous! I don't know how Raymond can vizualize and bring to life the bride's ideas but it was the prettiest wedding I've ever seen.

I don't know what Barbiedoll is talking about! That person must be mentally deranged. I've had flowers delivered to me from the place she's talking about & it was the cheesiest stuff I've ever seen. Tiny little arrangement-pitiful!!



I've used Jerry's Flowers for over 15 years and have found both Raymond & Liz to be extremely professional, attentive to my needs, thorough with my order and they give me above and beyond what I ask for! I was recently married and they did the flowers for my wedding. They were beautiful and more than I expected. They ALWAYS go the extra mile to give me what I've ordered, see that it's delivered on time, and of the highest quality! The roses that I've ordered or received over the years are the biggest, freshest flowers available in Tyler. The roses are bigger than the palm of your hand! Amazing. You may pay a little more but you get the exceptional quality that goes with it. I will NEVER use anyone except Jerry's Flowers!

We asked for a 24 to 36 open rose bouquet but Liz talked us out of it and the one she made us terrible. The roses were not opened and were small. We asked when we picked it up and she said stick them in cold water. Well we shouldn't have to do that but we did and it still didn't work. Needless to say the bridal pictures were ruined and my daugher was very upset. Now everytime we look at the pictures it just makes me sick, knowing how much the pictures were and for such a special day she didn't get what she wanted. Well La Tee Da saved the day and for the wedding she had a beautiful 36 Full blown open red rose bouquet. Check out the picture of it on La Tee Da's website blog. Give them a try, and don't take a chance of ruining your big day as we almost did. Thank God for it was only the bridal pictures. Barbara saved the day and the wedding flowers were gorgeous!

We went to Jerrys for flowers for my daughters wedding flowers in Jan. 2011 and a Bridal bouquet for her bridal pictures on Nov. 5,2010. I asked for a large bouquet with full open blooming roses with rhinestones on the base but Liz talked me out of 24 roses saying that was too big we should get 18 because with open blooms it would be the size of a dinner plate and she had never done a bouquet that big also that the rhinestone would not look good in the pictures. I sent a picture of exactly what we wanted the bouquet to look like. Full open blooming roses. When we got them they were tightly closed roses not opened at all and there were only 15 of them and instead of rhinestones it had a big hidious bow. My daughter was having her bridal pictures that day so there was nothing we could do about getting another one in time for the pictures. I called Liz and she said she had gotten the roses the day before and we should put them in hot water to open them. FIrst off we should not have to do anything to them, I sent a picture showing exactly what we wanted and she said they could do that. They should have been ready. They should have gotten them before the day before and made sure they were fully opened blooms before we picked them up. They did not fully bloom for 3 days after we picked them up. Liz knew they were for my daughters bridal pictures. Now the pictures have been taken and the bouquet looked awlful. My daughter has to live with her bridal pictures from now on and is very upset A wedding is a special day that can never be replaced and the flowers are a very important part of it. They should have made sure the roses were blooming as we requested. When I called to cancel the rest of the order since we no longer wanted to use Jerry's for the rest of the wedding flowers. I had paid 50% up front so I was owed over $1000.00. She said she would issue a credit. It is almost a week later and I am still waiting on my credit. Liz was very rude and said she was better off that we did cancel and not working with my daughter and hung up on me. Her behavior was very unprofessional and plain out rude. I called other florist and asked if using 24 full blooming roses was to much and all said that they would use 24 to 36. We have now choosen LaTeeDa which is gorgeous and where we should have gone first. Barbara is great and the roses for her bouquet are 36 full beautiful blooming roses that looks fantastic
