I don't normally write bad reviews for businesses...but my terrible experience with iPhone ER prompted me to write this review and warn others. iPhone ER "repaired" the broken screen on my iPad gen 4. Their "repair" cost $140 and ended up damaging my iPad permanently. The new screen never worked right and when I took it to another iPhone repair place, they discovered permanent damage in the iPhone wiring, caused by iPhone ER. This other business replaced the screen and fixed what they could of the damage for $54. When I called iPhone ER to ask for a partial refund - within the warranty period - I was told, rudely, that they would not do that and that they were recording the phone call. I was calm! You would do better to NEVER use this business. They're terrible.

Replaced my LCD screen about 2 1/2 months ago and it has already went out. I went in on Thursday to have them do a warranty on the LCD because it was not my fault and the screen was not broke. They say they only do a 7-14 day warranty on the part at $150.00 a pop. I do not know anyone that only does a 7-14 day warranty. Cole Celleuar replaced the screen and said they do a 6 month warranty on the LCD for around the same price. I would stay away from these guys. They are using cheap parts and selling them as top of the line parts and have no warranty.

The other stores ALL reported complaints of this corporate store but the Headquarters does nothing because they do not care about service, Lee Tadlock, was rude and mean to me and then when given a heads up i was coming in to fix my second phone in 2 months, was loud and overly sweet to a customer offering her service i had to beg him for.... even a survey so she coukd say how nice he was .. did not offer me that survey the day he treated me like crap . I was with at&t for 21 yrs. I now know why they cost so much... you will never have to deal with this type of behavior or service. JOSHUA tries but i was trembling and kept customer care on the phone out of fear when i went into the store and tech still got mad at me because i did not want to leave my only communication tool with them.
This place has the worst customers service in town. The salesmen are rude and could care less to actually help you. Go to the one on the loop if you need a Verizon store in Tyler. They are much better!!!
This company needs to get their act together. They don't communicate well with customers or coworkers and causes problems for customers. I went to the store to get my phone fixed and they ran a diagnostic on it and said it'd be 3-5 business days until my part was in. I waited a few days and called back about the part and they gave me the run-around saying they didn't know what I was talking about. So, then he says it will be 3-7 business days until my part is there. It'd be great if they would learn how to communicate better. This is aggravating.
This place is shady at best. Sold a defective phone and refused to refund. But offered to send it off... as if I'm going to trust you with anything again.
This cell phone store offers no refunds and no exchanges. They will sell you cell phones with no manuals. The arrogance of the young guy behind the counter makes me wonder why they have him Employed. Bought a phone software was not working correctly. Cell phone carrier said I could return it because I was in 14 day window this young guy could of cared less about the issue. Carriers Rep was in store and the rep said to replace it. The young guy recited No Exchanges No Refunds. My opinion if you can go somewhere else save yourself a lot of trouble and shop some where else. Accessories for cell Phones here are way over priced,!
I have two reviews but I'll simplify them into one. I purchased an iPhone 4s that needed a new headphone jack due to a hole inside of it. They apparently don't evaluate the products they buy before or after their transactions. Secondly, I payed them $90 to replace the screen on an I touch 4 and when I came a week later to pick it up the entire left side was lifted from the body. He explained this was normal. So...buyers remorse is what you'll get yourself into if you choose to do business with this generic company.
All exaggeration aside, Cole Cellular has without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. After my phone was damaged, I turned to Cole Cellular for a reputable phone repair business. Instead, I found employees who treated me as though each question I asked was of utmost annoyance to them, and ultimately treated me as though I was a complete pain in their you know what. Two hundred dollars, two weeks, and plenty of headaches later, I am still left with a phone that does not function properly. Don't make the same mistake I did by bringing your phone to Cole Cellular.
