The worst place I’ve ever had to be treated as not to mention the staff and the doctor the last saying is the complete disappointment to the health field
I had a few procedures done here by Dr. Kevin Pauza and the clinic is amazing but Dr. Pauza isn't. In the middle of my discogram while I was screaming bc of the pain I was in he looked at his nurse and said they only scream like this when they want more drugs!
This was the best experience I've ever had at a doctors office. I hurt my back and went to see Dr Volatile and he ordered an MRI which was done the same day. He called me at home with my results that I had a herniated disc and I was scheduled for surgery the next day! He made me feel at ease …
My husband was in a serious car accident and this place was the best hospital I’ve ever been too. He was in ICU and the nurses there were so exceptional. They were all very helpful and answered all the questions I had in terms that myself and his family could understand, not in medical school …
Bad, Office practices just plain BAD. Real tempted to just write Bad 100 times, but they never answer the phone, always goes to voice mail. Work on their schedules, not the customer. Get around to you when they get ready. Took two weeks to take me, then three weeks for the procedure. The pain w…

Dr. Gordon replaced 2 disk in my neck and added a plate with 4 screws. I can not say enough good things about him and how he fixed my neck. Pain is gone... he and the staff of Gordon Spine have given me a second chance at a pain free life.
Was a little surprised when the Dr. came in the room to inject my knees wearing a suit, boots, and looking like George W. Bush. I guess the nick name "Bones" Jones went to his head. The injections, by the way did not help at all. Looking for another Ortho.
this was the worst experience I have ever had in a surgery. Dr Merrick was terrific but the staff is the worst staff I have ever witnessed in my life. They could care less about you they are rude and try and blame everything on the patient. I called for a tens unit said she would mail an order to me to fill and never received it and when I called about it she said it was up to me to get the doctor to approve one. I also said that I needed to do a urine test to get more pain meds and she again blamed me for not knowing that I needed to do a urine test., I would never go back to this clinic as long as I live.
Dr raabe shows no concern that all the hardware in my neck is broke or loose causing extream pain and problems with my legs and arms. They just want money.

I sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours went in for having bladder control problems so bad I had to wear a diaper when I finally got seen I was pretty much told that cuz I didn't have insurance there nothing they could do after sitting in the waiting room that long I was needing to change and was told they couldn't help me cuz I was not being seen was borderline made fun of for wearing a diaper I was so humiliated and embarrassed and later got a bill for 1200 dollars
My husband was in a serious car accident and this place was the best hospital I’ve ever been too. He was in ICU and the nurses there were so exceptional. They were all very helpful and answered all the questions I had in terms that myself and his family could understand, not in medical school language like you can get at times when you go to certain hospitals. They took care of him very well, and even when he was being mean, rude, and just out of hand they remained professional and courteous. My husband had two brain hemorrhages so at the time he had no control over his emotions or words that were coming out of his mouth and they understood that. I feel that it was with their care, a little hard work, and prayer that my husband was able to walk out of that hospital in a week. He went from not breathing on his own day one, day two he got words, day three sentences, and day four he could talk but not remember a thing, and by the end of the week he was good enough to come home. I believe it was due not only to a small miracle, but also their care that helped him recover so well. Even afterwards he was supposed to have his symptoms and issues a lot longer than he did, but they gave specific and great instruction for me to get set up with a healing plan when I got home to Michigan. My husband has since made a full recovery, and every doctor he's been too cannot believe he has healed at the rate he has, and I can't give enough credit to the nurses and doctors of this hospital. They were very persistent, and wouldn't let him give up. I really wish I could recall some of the nurses names but the one reminded me of Reese wither spoon in sweet home Alabama. She was just so genuine, and truly seemed to care about my husband’s well being. She helped me through the tragedy during those first 48 hours that was really intense for myself and my husband’s family. Thank you so much ETMC in Tyler Texas. You saved my husband’s life and I will forever be in your debt.
I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! You have the "TOTAL PACKAGE" @ Azalea Orthopedic!
It's the absolute best place to be if you or a family member are in need of any kind of Ortopedic expertise. I just love Dr. Raabe, he is upfront and to the point. He is a fine Christian that will ask to pray with/for you before performing any surgeries on you. He is professional in every sense of the word! Azalea goes out of their way to employ nothing but the best when it comes to all their Dr's. and Nurses as well. I also use Dr. McNeil for all my chronic pain needs, and his assistant Melissa Cobb is very thorough. Sometimes, the Nurses get busy and forget to call you and remind you your appt. has been cancelled because you've been there for injections, which means you just may be waisting time and gas going from Mineola to Tyler. This is really the only negative thing I have to say, other than sometimes theNurses forget to return calls and you end up having to call them again the next day.
