Very happy with service and quality and I will recommend a friend to the service I have no issue with it
Last summer I brought in my phone for a screen replacement. I left it for 40 minutes, picked it up and brought it home. In January, the phone began to heat up and smoke in my back pocket while I was driving. I took it to Simply Mac in the mall and they opened up my phone only to discover that there was a screw embedded in the battery. Not only that but the battery had been taken out and put back in, crooked. Strap in, there's more. Almost every internal Apple piece of my phone had been taken out and replaced with FAKE parts. The headphone jack, charger port, side buttons, and both cameras were not the original parts that came with my phone. When I went in to confront them, the manager assured me they would get me a new phone. Two weeks later he told me the phone would be available for pickup when I got back from a trip on Jan 17. Another week went by and still nothing, then I discovered that he hadn't even placed the order for a new phone until that day. And of course, they went back on their word and told me it was going to be a USED phone. I got a used phone in the mail on Feb 1 and it turned out to be a dud, it wouldn't hold service. Took it back in and demanded a new phone. Another week later, they just gave me my old phone with a new battery and basically told me "tough". I didn't even get reimbursed. They even tried to tell me that the internal parts were Apple ("I don't know what those people at SimplyMac were talking about") and that the screw in the battery (which is a HUGE safety hazard) wasn't their fault? Never had such awful customer service in my entire life. Will be looking into pressing charges and getting them kicked out of Walmart. DO NOT waste your time or money on them. Will pursuing further action.
