I'm impressed! After a broken windshield replacement, the cameras needed realignment (safety item). The master technician was not happy with how it was coming out so spent extra time to make it perfect rather than just rush it out the door. I don't care about the extra time to get a safety system fixed, I do appreciate that it is done right, like new.I will not take my new Honda anywhere else but it probably won't break again.
I was driving my 2002 Honda Accord on a long journey from Salt Lake City to Kennewick, WA. Out in the middle of nowhere, I suddenly lost my cruise control and my speedometer and my engine light went on. The car seemed to run OK, so I limped on into the nearest Honda dealer, which happened to be Middlekauf. They took excellent care of us, diagnosed the problem and told us they could have the part in a couple of days, however since we were heading to a different destination, they said that we could safely drive the car the rest of the way and tell the Honda dealer in Kennewick what part was needed. That is what we did. Catastrophe averted! The dealer in Kennewick replaced the part that Middlekauf had identified and that solved all the problems. Thanks to all the guys in the service department at Middlekauf. They are the "real deal."
We currently are purchasing a car from them, after6 months of payments we start getting threats they are going to shut our car off all because we had not changed our phone number with them, the salesman had no knowledge about the car he sold us and the management are short tempered and difficult to deal with. Nice until they suck you in, then the demeanor changed. The car we bought has a bad transmission and electrical shorts in the blinker system and they failed to mention this upon purchase. They sold us a car worth 3000.00 blue book for almost 9000.00 with interest. Horrible experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. We have not missed a Payment ever..
I just wanted to give a quick 5-star recommendation to Mountain West Auto. This a big-hearted dealership with small-town values. Honesty & integrity are obviously the way they do business. I have a somewhat crazy story...I do not live in Idaho but I actually live in California...but was visiting my son in Utah and just happened to find an add for a truck at Mountain West Autos. I decided to make a 3-hour drive to this Twin Falls dealership...it was absolutely worth my time! I met with the manager Greg and the owner Todd...they treated me like family. They are both very helpful, courteous, and kind...and absolutely no-pressure to buy. They really did care about what was best for me and my wife. I walked away feeling completely satisfied and excited about the truck that I purchased from them...they gave me wonderful deal. Thanks Mountain West Auto...you have restored my faith in car dealerships...I will definitely drive any distance to come buy from you again! OMG! This place sucks!! DO NOT EVEN VISIT THIS PLACEWe financed a 4X4 Chevy truck through this Cars 4 U..it broke down over 3 hrs away from Twin Falls within the first 4 days! We received no help from Junior except to have him tell our Finance company that we abandoned our truck..which is a LIE! WE HAD THE TRUCK REPOSESSED a day before the first payment was due because of Junior lying to the finance company. This is the first n only used car dealership that did not lift a finger to help fix a BUM VEHICLE that they sold! SMH..yes I agree Junior Is useless! I am a positive person but we took our last $2000.00 to get a truck n this happens..no way to work..no transportation..just out $2000.00!!! BAD DEALERSHIP! (OR MANAGER?!!)
No customer service, told us to come by to see a car and wouldn't let us test drive. J.r is useless and inconsiderate . Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I don't know how this company stays in business, this guy has no customer appreciation.

I took my 2003 Jeep Liberty in to get an estimate to fix the heater, and was told it needed a coolant flush and a new thermostat put in , and was quoted a price of $320.00 to get the heat going again . The next day I was told the heater was fixed , and it was not . It still was blowing cold air . I took it back in , and was told they would fix it, and once again , it was not fixed . I took it back a third time , then was told it would cost more money to get the problem fixed . They also left a part sitting in the back seat after the second attempt at fixing the problem . So after paying them to fix my Jeep , it was returned to me with the problem not being fixed . I wasted money and three trips to Addison Car Care , I will never , ever do business with them again .
