RUDE receptionist

Your receptionist is your first contact with this office, and she is rude. I called for a price quote early in the morning on a Thursday and she acted as if she didn't have the time of day. I will be taking my business elsewhere, I don't care how GREAT the attourney' may be, if I have to call and talk to her, I will pass thank you.
