I want to wish yoiu a warm welcome from the doctors and staff here and introduce you to Dr. Mike. Dr. Michael J. McCartney has been serving the children and teens in the greater Tustin/Irvine area since 1974. In the many years he and I have worked together we've had the pleasure of making sure "our kids" always have Happy Smiles and Healthy Teeth! Just as the kids so do we! At Tustin Pediatric Dentistry, we are always adding new state of the art equipment, keeping up on the latest advanced dental care techniques and have routinely introduced younger, exceptionally trained pediatric dentists to our patients. But the one thing that has stayed consistent over all the years is our commitment, dedication and care for all of our families. Dr Mike, along with Dr. Kathy and Dr. Rich, (see the "Meet Our Dentists" section) has a strong dedication to disc overing the unique needs of every single patient. They know that, for some children, a trip to the dentist can create anxiety. That's why our pediatric dental specialists take extra time and special care to make sure all our patients feel safe and comfortable whenever they come for a visit. I always have a good experience at Tustin Pediatric Dentistry.
My 2 girls needed to have teeth removed. My younger daughter was quite anxious, but was soothed right away. This is one of the many reasons we like to bring our children to your office!
I am so thrilled to have found this practice. I only wish that I could be a patient there too!
Thank you as always for your personal touch! Everything is always well explained to both the kids and parents and the kids are treated as if they were your own.

The staff is super sweet to my son and soon will be seeing my daughter as well. I think this is the best office to start your child's dental experience with because they take their time and make sure to have their patients feel as comfortable as possible.

You guys are great. Since both my kids were a little older and it was their first time they were very nervous. But you guys really made them feel relaxed and comfortable. We love you guys!!!!
