Wow! is all I can say about this company. I have had other companies clean my carpets in the past and NONE of the other companies got my carpets as clean as they did. I have dog stains and all but one came up. The one that did not come up was my fault I used something on it that bleached it out some. My bad. While they were here they cleaned by kitchen floor. Did not realize how dirty the tile was. My grout is white again!!

Finely found OUR permanent carpet cleaning service!. Sooo happy with their Carpet Cleaning. 1)Alex arrived at the appointed time, no 2 to 3 hour window like every other place we contacted. 2) Unlike every other company in the past, he did NOT have to leave my front door open to use his equipment..a BIG plus for me, no bugs & no wasted air conditioning. 3) No extra charge for our supersized bedroom. 4) It did not take long. 5) No harsh chemicals to irritate me or the dog, we both have allergies. 6) My carpet, with some old stains, were CLEAN!!! 7) the price was reasonable (99.00). Ii did take a while to dry, but Robert was upfront about that. We will definitely be using Pacific exclusively for our carpet care needs!

Quicky review...main points...is Pacific the most expensive? No, but it's not cheap either. Here's the thing...you get what you pay for. Do you feel comfortable having the workers in your house? From my two experiences, first with Adrian a number of years ago, and now with Alex, my answer - a resounding YES. Do I recommend??? OF COURSE!! You may even have time to get them out for Easter

Good Service.. On Time, On Budget. After calling several listed Carpet Cleaners and getting answering machines or worse no answer Pacific Carpet Cleaners picked up on the third ring. We made arrangements for the following day at 8:30. Alex showed up on time, they were very polite and worked diligently for 1.5 hours. Mario spent extra time on spots that I pointed out after they had finished. They even removed some tough rust stains. I would recommend Alex and his company to my friends.



Also, If you are looking for a super carpet cleaning job, PCC is the one for you. I have a baby and two cats? Believe me? I have a lot of stains on my carpets. They were able to get all the stains out and I'm completely satisfied with the results. They were very patient and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome results. My buddy and I got the carpets cleaned after a year and a half in a rental house where there were several tenant switches and pets coming and going. Needless to say, the very pale carpets were not very pale anymore. No, that's not a stringent enough description... The pale carpets were revolting - the kind of revolting that makes you want to throw up and curse at the same time.



The PCC people showed up on time, called ahead, came in prepared AND were enthusiastic about tackling the most gnarly stain they've probably seen in the history of their Philadelphia existence.



The results: awesome. The carpets were all fresh, super clean, and dry when we got home from work that day. And at an extremely reasonable price, I might add.

They did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our condo. They sent an email the day before to confirm, they came on time, they were very professional and they were reasonably priced. I also like The Steam Team because they are local, and they support the school district where my kids attend school. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. And they also ensured we did not have any mold issues. I thought they only cleaned carpets, but they do much more!
