There the worst need to be shut down immediately the cabs are ragly, dirty, and the dislatcher lies never answer the phone and you have to call back to back i perfer lee's taxi radio cab is horrible services
doesn't have a voice mailbox that has been set-up what kind of business this???? who really tries to run a business like this they should not be rewarded for poor behavior , so don't bother calling them !!!!
Really disappointed service.I had waited for a cap more than an hour for 10 minutes distances with a car. I could get to my destination by walking. Let's assume that making a customer to wait for long time is ok. I was surprised their poor attitude when I called back to check what was going on. I have used this company when I go to airport but not gonna use this anymore.
After I filed a harassment claim against the manager, she lied to get me fired. She is racist and discriminates on people with disabilities.
This was an amazing company. My car wouldn't start one morning and I called the other cab companies and no one was available but this company. I will only ride with them if I ever need a cab.
Poor service. They were late picking me up, driver had her boyfriend and child with her.
Horrible service. For one I tried to get a taxi today between 4 and 6 but no one would pick up even though it said the line was busy, it would just ring and ring. Been using radio taxi for the past 6 months and haven't really had trouble. Another fact is that they need to have the same price for all the drivers, some charge more some charge less, won't know until they pick you up.
