        just wrong

        He just acted like he didn't care for my situation at all. And just not write me I know would be best for my problem but didnt listen. And just insist t write me things I had at home that wouldnt work.. just a damn waste of my time.. I wouldn't have givin him a one star.. pure sad...

        There billing department is te...

        There billing department is terrible. Nobody wants to take responsibly and just passes it off to the next person who does the same. I have been working on a bill that was suppose to be sent to my insurance but instead they just sent it to collections. I guess they will because I’m just going to pay it out of my own pocket. But I would rather die then go back to DHC again. I guess that statement sums up how I feel about DCH.
