I was denied my disability claim when I applied on my own. After speaking with our family attorney and getting his firm recommendation of Charles Tyler Clark, I called and the rest is history. His group took over and they got my hearing before a judge and my 100% disability. I cannot thank them enough. Maybe I need to bake them a cake, Hmmmm, that's a good idea.

Have you watched "My cousin Vinny"? Remember the stuttering lawyer in court? Thats how we felt when we finally got to court. Our lawyer did not open his mouth. My husband is a vet with 90% disabilty. We have been going through the SSDI system 4 years now. They did not return phone calls would never keep us updated. We lost in court because the "occupational therapist" said my husband could still work as a cashier. 25 1/2 years as a soldier 14 as a police officer. He is on narcotics for pain. No feeling from pelvis to knees. 19 screws in one leg 4 in the other 3 titanium vertebrae and 7 other medications for nerve damage. We received a letter from Clark Hanlin and Hunt 8 months after court and they said they could not help us any further. Any suggestions? None from them.
