This was once a very nice place, and I enjoyed being there. To say it lightly, this wash has plummeted downhill. They use recycled water which is why it smells so bad. The water used to rinse your car off has probably been used for the last year. Just think about the process here... Dirt, grime, mud, etc gets washed off the car and collected into the big drain running through the middle of the tunnel, where everything runs to... It all becomes one mixture and is used again. On another note, I know for a fact that the car wash scratched the paint on the back of my truck. After speaking with the manager, I am truly disgusted with the place. The owner and the manager are both difficult to be around and it seems that customer service was left out of the job description. All I could get out of them was a promise to get a call in return after viewing the security footage (which I never received) and the nonchalant mentioning that, "This is the best car wash in town and we have never scratched a car, and never will." The manager is very difficult to understand, due to his extensive use of slang. Things weren't like this before. I'm sorely disgusted with the path this wash has taken and suggest that you avoid this excuse for a business.
This place really has gone downhill. The water in the wash smells horrible and management ignores pleas to fix the issue. Avoid this place.
The car wash does a good job of cleaning the outside of my car, and I love the buy a rag program for$2. When you come back, you can exchange it for a clean one, they have some Armor all sort of stuff on it too to wipe the car out with.
Fantastic place!!!! I have used them several times since they have opened. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else. I love that you can sign up for a monthly payment and use them as much as you need to!
