I WILL NEVER use this place again. I had to rent a car last minute one evening. When I got there, their lot was PITCH BLACK and pretty full. When the rep and I walked around the car, he even made the joke, ‘yah, I know its pretty hard to see”. I pointed out one thing that I could see on the bumper (it was the only part of the car that was somewhat in the light from a nearby restaurant lot). He said that was already documented. When I got home my husband noticed a crack in the windshield, I told him that the rep had said some damage was already documented so I assumed they knew about it. I got a call the morning after we returned it to say that I was being charged $200 for the windshield. Even if we had called about the crack once we saw it at home, it wouldn’t matter since the contract is valid once I sign and drive off the lot. But it was PITCH BLACK and I COULDNT SEE ANYTHING!!! Now it’s Christmas time and that is $200 that I can’t spend on my family now. Thanks Enterprise. I truly feel like they put their customers at a disadvantage when they put all the responsibility on them to find every single issue with the car, but yet, they don’t want to provide the facilities to make it possible for a non-expert like myself to look over the car and find every single thing that might be wrong. Again, I WILL NEVER use this place again.
I WILL NEVER use this place again. I had to rent a car last minute in the evening. When I got there, the parking lot was PITCH BLACK and pretty full. The representative had me walk around the car with him and even made the joke, “yeah I know its hard to see”. I saw one thing on the bumper (it was the only part of the car that was somewhat lighted up). When I got home my husband noticed a crack on the windshield, I told him that the rep had said the bumper thing I noticed was already documented, so I assumed that they were aware of everything. When I returned the car, I got a call the next morning that I was being charged $200 for the windshield damage since I hadn’t pointed it out to the rep when I rented the car initially. Even if I had called about it once I saw it at home, it didn’t matter since once I leave the dealership the contract that I signed is in play. Again, their lot was PITCH BLACK and cars parked close together like sardines. I COULDNT SEE ANYTHING! Now I am stuck with a $200 charge and it being Christmas time, means that is money that I don’t get to spend on my family now. Thanks Enterprise.
I was given a great quote & the rep in the phone & in person was extremely nice. The car on the other was a big nasty. The back seats has something white on them as well as the back floor mat. The back glass was smeared with finger prints. The tire pressure light stayed on the entire 11 days I had the car although I was told it would reset. However, thevdhicke wasgoid on gas,
When I picked up my car I noticed that it was dirty inside and out. It reaked of cigarette smoke. II expected a clean car if nothing else. When I looked at the service agreement that was emailed to me it said I had called back after pickup to report a problem. This was not true and my complaint about it was dismissed when I returned the car. I was told "we rent many cars every day we probably got you mixed up with someone else." There was no cruise control. basically the car was a dud. I was also charged the full amount even though I returned the car early. The two service agents that I worked with do not care about what they are doing at Enterprise Tuscaloosa.
They work with you and get you in and out they have a very good attitude no matter how big or small the problem is
This location of Enterprise has always gone above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied Customers.
Very nice e staff, nice car with great gas mileage.
Staff was very professional and timely in their services through and through.
Services a little slow, other than that everything was great.
The service was ok but really slow. The car we got had a passenger door that sounded like it was going to fall off. The tire pressure light stayed on, and I had to buy fuses to repair the 12v outlets so we could charge our mobile devices and GPS.
