Though the office staff was nice, the owner was totally UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!! We traveled out of state to attend the services and needed written documentation stating we had attended the services. Well, the owner refused to provide any documentation to us and stated it was against the law for her to do so. Mind you she was notified beforehand that we needed this. ( I even checked on the State of Alabama's website and there was no mention of this being against the law there!!) When we went in to pick up the documentation she began raising her voice and being very rude!! My sister even had to remind her that she was supposed to be professional since this was SUPPOSED LY to be a place of business. If it is up to us, she WILL NEVER have the opportunity to have our family's business. again!!! Our family in Tuscaloosa can select ANY funeral home for memorial services than this one and still come out more satisfied than we were!! Profesionalism and manners goes a long way and when the owner lacks in this area, the business will DEFINITELY suffer if it hasn't already!!
