I would suggest that if you ever have a problem with this post office call 1800 Ask Usps and file a complaint. They All will try to cover for each other so make sure you have all the evidence you will need ready to go. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I didn't have a running vehicle so I decided to take a walk into town to get my mail, I live about 4 ½ miles out of town. Its mid December. So I walk into the post office dig in my pocket for my key. Nothing!! I forgot it. But, no big deal there is 3 employees sitting behind the counter laughing and talking, so I got there attention and said “I forgot my key and I live out of town, if I show you my ID can you please hand over my mail?”. WRONG thing to ask them, the one lady looked at me like I was a piece of SH#% and basically told me to get lost. WITHOUT A KEY YOU GET NOTHING.I not to sure about this day of age, but.. I am pretty sure it is there job to help out the public. Well, guess there will be no cards for me this Christmas. Thanks US Post Office employees of Turtle Lake, WI you guys really do a GREAT JOB!! Never been disrespected like that in my entire life.
