        If you want to be frustrated, ...

        If you want to be frustrated, angry, lied to, avoided, etc., then Niagra is the place for you. The worst service I've experienced. After the installation, the "fun" begins, weeks trying to get problems resolved or even a return phone call for that matter. Rude employees, excuses, and no consideration for customers. Trying to get anyone of authority is nearly impossible, which should tell you something about how the company is operated. If the owners are having their phone calls screened, it kinda makes you wonder how many people like us are out there. Do a lot of research before hiring this company!
