Should have read YP before going there.

I brought a new ignition tumber from the Chevy dealer for my car's ignition switch. The ignition tumber came blank, so I took it to the locksmith to have it re-keyed. I picked up the ignition tumber about an hour later. I installed the ignition tumber myself. I drove to the store and went I turn off the car, the ignition tumber came out with the keys. The locksmith forgot to install the spring loaded locking pin in the ignition tumber. The next day I took the ignition tumber back to the locksmith. The blonde haired lady told me they needed the ignition housing also. I went back home and pulled off the ignition housing. Back I went to the locksmith. When I got there, she told me that the ignition tumber sleeve was missing. I told her it does not have a sleeve in the ignition tumber. She insisted that it did. I told her that when I took it apart, there was no sleeve. She told me she done this a million times and then she got very rude with me and pushed the ignition tumber / housing towards me and told me to go back to the dealership and buy the right parts next time. I know 100% that there is no sleeve on this tumbler. I did indeed go back to the dealership. I told the parts manager what happen at the locksmith and he told me no GM ignitions use a sleeve. It took the guy about a minute to fix the problem at no charge. I'll never go back to that lying rude locksmith again.

very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and customer service we received. When key was made wrong we were told it was a key issue, "china key". when asked to help us adjust the key she refused saying they did have a file.what self-respecting professional key shop doesn't have a file? not to mention not one smile not one how are you? nothing zero personality and rude

I was locked out of my house at 10:30 pm. I called this locksmith, put on hold for three minutes. Then the girl comes back to the phone and says the driver is busy, so she will page him and have him call me. I never received a call back from the place.
