Great Next Day Service

Located next to Golden 1 Credit Union in the old Mervyn's Shopping Center. This place does an amazing service for the community. They provide same day service and next day service, which is very convenient to my wife & I. This is good for me because other cleaners would have them ready in a few days and other cleaners tend to send them out to other cleaners. Not this one, they do all the work there. I brought in a comforter one day thinking it will be ready in a few days - nope not with them, its also ready the next day, an when i pick it up, its nice packed in a nice plastic bag - looking like i just bough it at the store. The new owners there are wonderful and very nice and sincere. I believe they been owners for 3 years now.

Keep up the great work!

I recommend them out of all the cleaners in Turlock

Awful Service

After cleaning, my clothes had a terrible smell. It had an odor similar to an ashtray. I ended up wearing a pair of pants to work in hopes the smell would air out. After, several comments, "What's burning", and "Who smoked", I went home on my lunch break to change. I took the clothes back and the clerk told me all the clothes smell like that. I insisted they reclean it. After a long discussion, she finally agreed to clean it again.

The second time I picked up the clothes, it still had the same terrible smell. The clerk told me, " I had three other people smell it, and it doesn't smell". The clerk then told me "If you don't like it, you can take it somewhere else". The service was awful!!

The service could have been better if the clerk would have admited the cothes smelled and "offered" to reclean it. How can you pretend to not smell an odor so strong?
