The friendliest shop ever! Happy with the service and the repairs that were made to my car. It feels like a family atmosphere which I like.

Don't waste your time going here! They wasted my time and money. My car was there for a month and they hadn't done one thing to it. I finally had to pick up my car and take it to someone else. I walked out of there 75 dollars less than I came in with. Very unprofessional and Very bad service I would not recommend this place to anyone.

So far this company have had my vehicle for 2 weeks a process which they told me would take a few days when I made an appointment has now taken two weeks and they're just getting to it due to the fact that they had other vehicles come in with smaller issues and they wanted to take care of them first. My vehicle has been looked at and things have been taken apart on it so I can't even take it from there shop to another shop to have it fixed. If it were up to me is reading would not even get one star.

I had been going to this place for years and they were great until they took advantage of my wife. I called to get information on the issue and they told me a different story from from what they told my wife. So I went in to talk to them and they changed the story again. The woman at the counter was not honest with me and was not willing to work with me. She told me it was against the law to talk to me about the car prior to work being done. They have terrible customer service, not even willing to address my concerns.

I have taken my vehicle to All Valley Smog many many times and have NEVER had a bad experience. Service was great. Very friendly staff. Technicians always fixed the problem and in a timely manner. I would recommend All Valley Smog to all of my friends and family.

Go to All Valley Smog if you want great service and a fair price. I take both of my cars to All Valley Smog and I like the fact that I have a set mechanic working on my car. I used to go to a dealer but found that I was paying way too much there. Now I can afford to fix my car and do the needed maintenance it needs and not pay and arm and a leg. I would highly recommend going to All Valley Smog for all your automotive needs.

Went to all valley smog for an on board diagnostic. Never performed...instead they did a baseline smog test, which I had done two days prior. My radiator sprung a leak and the quoted radiator was the wrong one. The correct one (more expensive) was shipped to the wrong place and had to be reordered. Once installed I was told that I had leaky seals and it would take approx. 8 hours of labor to find. Recommended a sealant which I already tried and was told to drive for a couple days and come back. Car was never put on the on board diagnostic machine...was told it was a myth that there is no such thing. After going back to basics, we did a tune up....including spark plug wires and the car passed smog. They also said there was visible smoke, which was not there when I had the car smogged 2 days before.

I was not told in advance of a $75 charge for an estimate, I'm a woman, and I feel I was taken advantage of because, I am a woman.
