First - I am embarrassed to say it took me this long to find this review, since I work in marketing for Nelson-Jameson. Second, I wish that "once a valued customer" would have mentioned his displeasure to his Sales Rep - or even called a Customer Service Supervisor. I feel Nelson-Jameson is a responsive company that does take complaints seriously, and had he/she made the call, the issue could/would have been addressed. Sales rep is wonderful but they customer service with the people in the office is TERRIBLE! They are are very rude at times. And as for the Accounting dept back east ... if you want help you might as well do all the research yourself because they are unhelpful as well. Also, they are over priced on many of their items. With the economy the way it is you would think they'd lower their prices some.
