Been a customer for a long time. I’ve seen a lot of jerks give these ladies a hard time. They work hard and are very kind. Get what you give.
Just a bad deal over minute late.
Never had any problem sending or receiving anything. Many time when you needing a package sent you want to know that it's going to arrive on time with UPS I have no worries.
Evidently they either they can't read or they don't comprehend directions (N,S, E, W). I have had 5, count them 5 different times that I have had to search and find my own packages then drive to retrieve them because they deliver to the wrong address. They deliver to South end if street instead of East. State there was no such street. No such address... . I always called office and got the run-a-round. I used Amazon a lot and they automatically use FedEx. As much as I like Amazon, this uncertainty us NOT worth it. Don't depend on FedEx if you want your packages on time.
I took a vacuum in to be packed and shipped for repair. A week later I tracked the package to find that the package never left the store. I spoke with the store manager, Monica Jones, who became rude and defensive immediately stating "we are not in the business of keeping packages". A very odd response when a customer asks what happened to their package. I would not recommend using this store for important items.
Absolutely horrible service and rude manager. They lied about attempting to deliver a package to my home 4 times. When I went to pick it up, I was told they "were not going to go through 2000 packages to find mine" and that I would just have to wait for them to attempt to deliver it again the next day. When I called a supervisor at Fedex, the local manager lied and said that my package was suddenly locked in a security cage and that he did not have access to it. This was a gift 4 days before Christmas. Use UPS.
Worst customer experience I ever had. The only worker had made a rude comment saying she was not going to rush anything (because I asked if there is something I can do whilst in a line) and there were 10 people in the line... It took me 1.5 hrs to process my shipping items because I didn't have pre-printed shipping labels, and she kept allowing all the other people who entered after me to be processed first. I'm glad I am moving away and will never have to go back for this low-quality, low-capability with huge arrogant attitude lady worker at store front claiming she is from the heavens. If she got a time to chat that kind of nonsense, she needs to provide a better service or switch a job, so she stops wasting people's time. WTF?!
