I have been without my riding tractor form May 28, 2016 through September 21, 2016. Sears scheduled 7 appointments for the technician to repair it. One just didn't show up. One came at 5:00 in the evening. There were four different technicians who came to work on the lawn mower. All of those appointments, I had to take off work for them. While the technician continued to order parts and not repair my mower for 4 months, I had to find other means to mow my lawn which was extremely expense. I have about 5 acres to cut.

The Sears repairman was knowledgable and friendly. Had our lawn tractor fixed and mowing in record time. I hope that he is the repairman sent for any future repairs we have.

I called Sears on June 11 for a repair of my three year old refrigerator. Apparently, Sears appliances are so terrible that they need new compressors after only three years of use. However, I called for the repair and a serviceman came to check it out and order a new compressor. The new compressor was shipped incorrectly and was unable to be installed. The service man then assured me that they would overnight a new compressor and he would install it quickly. This did not happen. My refrigerator was finally fixed on July 1. So, in recap, I did not have a refrigerator from June 11 through July 1. If you enjoy using your appliances, or would like for them to last longer than three years, then I suggest that you buy them from Home Depot or Lowes. I will never buy anything else from Sears.

My appliance was not repaired, the repair technical said there was nothing wrong with the equipment and it wiuld be working fine within 24 hours. Nothing has changed. I called on Dec 30th to schedule another repair person and I call again on Jan5th. So far no one has called be back with a date for a follow up technician.

The repair technicial was not helpful and he spent more time trying to get me to let him sell my old appliance than trying to fix it.

I have been a loyal sears customer for over 45 years and this was my first experience with such a bad experience. At this point there is nothing good oabout this experience that i can complement.

Helpful technician that tried everything to repair our dishwasher. Thorough and explained everything. Now, we're waiting for Sears to call us to send a voucher for replacement. Great job to the technician!
