        Busted a tire on vacation, Firestone people were very polite and got us back on the road in under an hour despite having 5 other customers at the time. Would buy tires from them again!

        My wife's car broke down in Tupelo on a Saturday afternoon and Firestone was the only shop I found to be open. I had the car towed there - a big mistake. They ended up charging us over $1000 to replace the fuel pump. This included a $100 diagnostic charge. They also claimed that a fuel system cleaning was necessary and the A/C drive belt had to be replaced. (They did not give us the old belt.)



        We were in a difficult situation with a disabled vehicle at their business and I feel that they took maximum advantage of that fact. I hope I never again have to deal with this business.
