They are okay...but be very prepared for hard times..I lost my grandmother and my 11 year old daughter was having surgery in the same day. My insurance was not payed because of my daughter condition and sudden death I couldn't make my insurance payment until the following week I only had enough to make the car payment which I thought was more important but I guess paying on time is not important..I couldn't leave children hospital because my daughter would have been alone and I called and explained what was going on and I was told that it was not there problem..I really liked this car lot . I even sent a few customers to show I appreciate the great service they gave me from the beginning...but I guess they don't value there customer to make them return..I understand that it is law that you must have insurance but the feedback I received back was so rude...several people told me not to purchase the vehicle from them but I decided to give them chance..I can say the have nice vehicle I never had a problem with mines. Just don't expect them to value you...
Zero customer service etiquette, Had an issue with a truck that had to be towed to their shop. Wrong part was order and had to be modify. Before being modify and place back upon the truck. Driver slept in front of the building in the truck for two nights before tractor was fix and being place back on the road the third day. Service manager STAN HEATHERLY not one time spoke with driver who was from out of town to accommodate him by asking him did he want to go to a hotel or did he had anything to eat or drink. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Only 1 employee from back of the house gave the driver a ride upon request. THESE PEOPLE ARE SOME OF THE WORST PEOPLE THAT WAS CREATED ON THIS EARTH. RUDE AND MEAN SPIRITED AND INCOMPETENT. A DEALERSHIP THAT HAS A TRUCK IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING WITH THE VIN# STILL ORDER THE WRONG PART. AND THEN HAD TO BRING THE WRONG PART TO ANOTHER COMPANY TO HAVE IT CUT DOWN TO THE PROPER SIZE AND RE BALANCE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BRING THEIR TRUCK HERE.
Horrible car dealership!! They took my down payment money, talked me into a car that really should be in a junk yard from all the mechanical issues. Then they didn't stand behind their word of fixing things they had agreed to. Run , don't walk. Save yourself the headache. I don't see how they stay in business....
They are all liars! I traded my nice 2007 Camry and 3,800 cash for an SUV! The vehicle looked extremely nice, but had many issues! They knew about the problems, but didn't tell me. It had oil leaks, a leak in the power steering hose, a leak in the sunroof, bad breaks and some smaller issues! It's been 12 weeks and still haven't seen a title! They said they mailed it 2 days after I bought it! After 90 more days I'm filing a complaint! They won't be able to sell cars until they produce my title. My vehicle is still listed on their website!

My car's check engine sign was on last week so I took it to Tom's auto services for a regular check. They were supposed to diagnose what was wrong with the engine and inform me of the issue. That was the only service I requested. However, after checking the engine, they turned off the check engine sign without my permission. I was not told until it was done. And it was too late. My car’s powertrain is still under warranty so I can take it to the dealer and get it fixed for free. However, without the check engine sign on, the dealer won't fix it. It would cost $1000+ to fix it and my warranty will expire in a few months. They told me they could not fix it and ask me to take it to the dealer. BUT THEY TURNED OFF MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!!! How can I get it fixed without the light on??? It’s not their first day in business and they should know the consequences of what they did to my car.They left me in a very risky situation and my engine could die any time after my warranty expires. I COULD HAVE HAD IT FIXED FOR FREE!! Now I probably have to pay more than $1000 to fix it in the future.What really makes me mad is their attitude toward resolving the issue. There were ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were extremely rude when I tried to approach them about the issue a few days. My check engine sign was off and I wasn’t even sure if it’s safe to drive my car anymore. They wouldn’t admit that what they’ve done puts my car in a dangerous situation. And they also tried to sabotage my car in order to turn the check engine light on!!!! WTF?! I stopped them immediately after I found out. The manager said ‘Since you are already unhappy with us, you won’t come back anyways” I said “Yea, I would never come back” Then he said “Then why are you still here?! Leave now!!” He completely drove me nuts!!I just want to warn everyone else who’s considering taking his/her car to Tom’s. Don’t go there unless you want your car messed up!!
I bought my altima three years ago from carlock. While my car was under warranty, everyrhing was great. I bought a new set of tires from them since it was time, and they were so great. I went to get my tires rotated for the first time. I walked and was greeted by Russ, and told him what I needed. He replied is that all you need? You don't need an oil change or anything? I said no, but the tires were a little low on nitrogen, could he make sure to top them off. He replied, well we don't fill tires up. We do a nitrogen refill where we drain the tires and refill them. I said how much, and he replied 69.99. What! I needed 4lbs per tire. I told him no I would just fill it with air. He seemed agrivated that I was not spending money. When I got my car back, I left the dealership and my car was not driving right. It was pulling real bad to the left. So I checked the tire pressure, they over filled two tires to 40lbs and left the other two low. The ones that were low were alternated like the high ones were. I don't know if it was on purpose, but I can tell you that is very dangerous. It affects the way your vehicle drives. Not to mention in rain can cause bad hydroplaning. I do my own mechanic work, but one of the few things I can't do is tires. I promise on everything I will not be dealing with carlock again. I have had other bad experiences with warranty stuff, but I had let it go. I guess as long as your spending money your in good shape. If not it's like rolling dice. Use caution if you are not familiar with car mechanics, don't use them. Your family's life may very well depend on it.
PSA: Please be careful with dealing with or do not deal with Lee Motors on S Gloster St. in Tupelo,MS. The owner is very deceitful & the cars are remodled "lemons". I purchased a car from here & after 1 week the car started having major issues. I was promised that those things would be fixed & they never were. In fact after only two months the car totally quit (transmission/motor). I was forced to go purchase a new car from a lot. But the worst part is, that when i recieved my mothers bank statement this company had taken unauthorized money out of her account & tried to lie about it! I am pressing charges & spreading the word. DO NOT END UP LIKE US. This guy is taking from/advantage of people who work hard for their money. SPREAD THE WORD...LEE MOTORS IS PURE GARBAGE

Michael was incredibly courteous and kind. We were unable to get the lug off to change the tire but he towed it for us and even offered to bring us home. My daughters were there and we did not need a ride but he was wonderful. Thanks!
