I feel I recieved the best service at your office! The doctor and office staff were wonderful!! My foot feels so much better. This has been an amazing benefit to my life and if I ever need help in the future I will definately return to your office.

Office is too hectic and busy. Patients are overbook. Dr's spend very little time with patients and seem to run in and out of the room in about five minutes. I would NEVER return to this office. Dr. Hess seems concerned but does not take the time to figure out what is wrong and explain it to the patient fully. Dr. Hess has lost sight of patient care and is just out to make a lot of money. There are far better offices and podiatrists in town.

I was not explained all available options and decicion for surgery was so rushed/pushed. Recovery time was much longer than what I was told, and this is sadly true for a lot of other patients I met in his waiting room!
