What to Know About: Auto Damage »
When a car is damaged by an accident or weather, what can be repaired and what must be replaced? Or is it time to buy a new car?
My husband had his Acura serviced here. He said he had a great experience. It went a lot faster than he was expecting and the waiting room had nice LEATHER recliners to watch tv in.
Was a great experience as soon as we walked into the showroom. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Definitely recommend these guys
These guys saved the day. I need my Bobcat and plate compactor repaired. They repaired my equipment and I was on my way. Also the price was fair. They are great bunch of guys.
I took my Mercedes S500 into O’Brien for service and to get three items fixed/repaired: intermittent no start, squeaking brakes and some front end clanking/clicking that was causing problems.BOTTOM LINE: After 2 weeks, $2800 and multiple trips/phone calls to the shop, NONE of the 3 items were fixed!!!! Intermittent no start: “Can’t order the part”. Squeaking brakes: “Well we soaked them in some anti-squeal solution” that didn’t work. Front End: $2200 worth of parts and labor later and “it might get real expensive to figure out what is causing that sound that’s still there”. Pffft!Recap: $2800. Except the oil change, ALL 3 PROBLEMS ARE UNRESOLVED!!! RUN!
Absolutely ridiculous! After speaking with a salesperson Cannon for three days about one particular truck, we drove over three hours to see it. It was supposed to have been held back, but instead the wrong truck was held. The one we were interested in had been sold the day before. With little concern over his mistake, Cannon found another more expensive truck that was comparable. Sales manager Justin got involved in the negotiations or lack there of, and again with little concern and zero customer appreciation refused to acknowledge their mistake and make any effort to remedy the situation by offsetting the additional charges we would now have to pay for that truck. It was a total waste of time and gas! This business could care less about its customers. It's all about the money they can make!
Do not buy from them they will screw you over, bought a used truck, within the first 2 weeks of driving it blew a spark plug, they fixed it and a week after that it Blew another spark plug, was leaving the lot after they fixed that and it almost over heated on the way home, drove it back to them and it over heated in the parking lot they fixed that and now after not driving it for all that time it's trying to over heat again and the spark plugs they "fixed" keep comming loose. Don't spend your money on them they are not worth it.
Bought a new truck and was referred by the dealership to Kenny’s. Great group that was ready to work to make me happy. I will definitely be going back.
I highly recommd Kenny’s as they have done multiple jobs for me. They are reasonable and have a good selection.
This is a great company with a lot of experience and great service!! Call them for all your glass needs. Family owned and operated!
Bought a car there, Lincoln Town Car, LTD. Used. A dream car. Loved it. I was one of the best autos we've ever owned . . . until lightning struck it in a wild storm in Austin, Texas about four years ago. Thanks, Bill Knight and crew. You folks are great. DM in Seminole, Oklahoma
