Horrible costumer service. I bought a bedroom set March 8th and it is now May 3rd and I am still waiting for the nightstands. I have made several attempts to call, and they keep putting me on hold so they can try to find them, then they hang up on me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and now I just want my money back. I will never shop in this store again lessen learned
The sales people were very knowledgeable. My questions were answered in great detail. Best price of anywhere else I shopped. My bed was delivered and set up and Snow's even took away my old set. Very satisfied. Great shopping experience.
Cant say enough good things about this company. I enjoy the atmosphere there and the sale people are very friendly but the ladies behind the counter were awesome and funny. Good quality furniture with great prices. Save time and shop Snow's you will not be disappointed.
My husband and I recently bought a $650 bed from Sunshine. We signed papers to finance the bed over three months. Put down a deposit and were told we would have 3 $175 payments withdrawn from our account each month. We got a bill from the company that sunshine financed through and they charged us 1400!!! We've had 2 payments of 30 dollars, back to back, taken from our bank account. I called Sunshine today to try and figure out how they double charged us. The lady was not helpful at all and told us we would have to deal with the finance company and not them. She was very short with me and when I asked to talk to a manager she put me on hold for 15 minutes and then I was hung up on. I told her that I would think this was an important issue they would want to know about, and she told me the managers are dealing with a lot of important issues. I immediately called back, and talked to an intern. He told me the managers leave at 5 pm and there was no one to talk to me until tomorrow. I called at 4:40! Super shady company. Once this is settled we will never purchase from them again! Sounds like I'm not only one this has happened to!
Buyers beware. The store manager is very disrespectful and disappointing to know he works In this field. My wife purchased a toddler bed. Manager came up and said it was missing pieces then went to the warehouse and came back and said never mind "it has all the pieces" then they negotated the price for scratches and being a floor model. Priced at 299 got it for 250. Not bad for a floor model. Got it home and I put it together. It had holes with obvious missing parts. I Googled the bed and it was missing the slide and a tent that goes around the bottom of the bed (kind of like a fort). So I called 3 Times leaving a message with the customer service manager each time. She finally calls my wife instead of me and tells her the manager stated he told you it was missing the slide and that is why you got the discount.So I call back and tell the customer service lady I wanted to talk to the manager and told her I've left 3 messages. She puts me on hold and the store manager answered and we starting talking. I told him what happened happened and he said things like "your wife knew the slide was missing" I told her it was "sold as is" "it was a good deal and your trying to get something for free and it's not happening". I didn't even ask for anything let alone for free. I was hoping they just forgot to give us the slide. Never once asked for anything.I asked to speak to his boss and he told me he was high as it goes and laughed. Told me I was rude to everyone I spoke to and that this is now how I get treated in return. I only talked to one person... Him. Yes briefly to the customer service lady who I called mam and said thank you. He said over and over "she knew it was missing parts" (which she did not) and "she got a good deal until you decided you wanted something for free" I then told him I was going to call the BBB for being disingenuous and he laughed and said knock yourself out buddy and he Hung up on me. Stay away folks. Ridiculous that a manager acts this way
Love going here. Worth the price not to have to pick a seat via internet. Never have to worry about getting a seat next to your date!
HORRIBLE, awful customer service. Salesperson lied about furniture availability. No return phone calls. Still waiting 8 weeks later. Run away from this store!! I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! It starts at the top and it rolls down hill. Not a good person there!
