The young woman in charge during the day is a peach. We had to practically beat her down to keep her from carrying our baskets in. Not that doing so would have prevented her from maintaining control over the other customers but she recognized my mother and I were both advanced in years and that our baskets were getting the best of us. She was warm, friendly and engaging. The place was very clean and not overwhelmed with machines needing repair. She was supportive and helpful the entire time we were there.We mentioned we had driven a bit out of our way because the laundromat near out appartment failed to open by the times posted while we waited for hours in the heat, she assured us she was always there first thing. And I beleive her because of the demonstration of her work ethic.s Even though the other laundromat is closer and there are in fact several laundry rooms in our apartment building,we will be heading to Westside to do our laundry. Thank-you so much for hiring her. She kept the place so clean. Jan

Excellent service! Their App keeps track history of every shirt/item you have brought in, and provides discount coupons. If item is brought in early, you can get it back same day!
We got tired of paying such HIGH prices for Cleaning and Laundering so we tried Tulsa Cleaners. They are friendly and family owned. Their prices compared to all the others are much lower. The store is also their Plant. All the work is done in one place. Our orders have always on time.. give it a try, you will save money.
Lousy business and work ethic, doors say open at 7 am, no one showed up to open until I had to find another laundromat at 10 am. It's time the owner fire all employees that no show and then sell his business since he doesn't have a clue on how to run one
Owner very rude. Started telling me my laundry stinks. I think this person is really mental. I use to think it was ok for a laundry but this new owner has a problem. To many nice laundrys to have to listen to a nut case run their mouth. I mean we do take dirty laundry to a laundry. Right,,? Nuff said!
I've been going here for about 6 months and I've already had three incidents of broken and stained clothing. The first incident was with a sweater that came back missing parts of the attached necklace. I was happy with receiving a dry cleaning credit worth the sweater's value. Second incident was with a very old dress of mine that came back with red discoloring (dress has a red trimmed bottom but is mostly tan/black). I took it back and they got the red out- fair. The third incident was a dress taken in around the same time as the previously discolored dress. This dress now has pink instead of white flowers on it. When they couldn't get the color out, they asked me for the value (Kate Spade dress $200+). Conveniently, this time, there was nothing they could do "must be a manufacturer error", "we gave it a good college try". I was very patient with the first two incidents but I'm not risking any more clothing.
This Yale Cleaners location does a consistently excellent job. They provide outstanding customer service and have a very caring staff. I've been a long time customer for a reason. Christine does a great job of managing and training her staff to respond to a customer's needs. When picking up my clothes, I've experienced situations many times where a staff member recognizes my car and by the time I get to the counter to pick up my clothes they are already waiting for me. This is exceptional service. And many of these employees are high school students that are working part-time. Christine is also great about resolving any problems, when they occur, which is very infrequently. Christine and her staff continue to make me feel like a valued customer.
