I ordered from the internet at the rib crib in sapulpa okla.the price on the internet was 39.95 when i went to pickup the meal they charged me 60.00 and said the price on the internet was wrong and there was nothing they could do about it the supervisior was very unproffesional saying thats the way it was and nothing could be done about it.
Baxter's gave my family and I the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. My mother chose the location for our family to convene after her college graduation. There were about 20 of us and we had one waitress who wasn't up to par as far as dealing with large groups. My stepdad's plate came out 12-15 minutes after everyone else's and when we asked the waitress for the manager.. the manager never felt the need to come out and speak with him about it or apologize as the real reason his food was late was because it was simply "forgotten" but the waitress didn't even give us a disclaimer. She never came back to ask us for refills, we had to ask her.. TWICE. Also the food was bland in my opinion. Oh and the checkout process.. Sheesh. Took 40 minutes to pay as our waitress messed up most of our checks three different times. We asked to speak with the manager about 4-6 times and Heather (the manager) never felt the need to come out and speak with paying customers. We also asked 3-4 other employees to have the manager come out and they all had the same excuse of, "she's busy on the computer fixing you all's checks but we will grab her and she will be right out". She literally never came out. NEVER. I am still appalled at how they treated my family and I. There was another large party in the restaurant and they were receiving immaculate customer service. I would say it was racial profiling but you can never be too sure about these things. Nonetheless this restaurant will never see a dime of my families money again and we will be sure to spread the word avidly.
Ate lunch today with my daughter. Terrible. My potato was not eatable her hush puppies were to hard to eat. Will go to red lobster from now on

Went to order some food from there & they had bad service like i did something to them so i asked for my money back cause of the way i was being treated & they told us to kiss their white a-- & called a friend of mine the N word (of course we were shocked & exchanged words also but not in that manner)we shouldnt have went up there after the lady that answered the phone which i think is the owners GF was very rude in taking our orders & we know not to ask for sevices if we had cursed someone who would handled our food , but we was sure things would be different once we got there considering we were about to spend our money. **Will not visit this place ever again**
