Best chicken fried chicken I’ve ever had great food for the high price
Very fun place good food
I ate there 9/14/2017. The atmosphere was great. The service was great. All of my food was wonderful except the main dish. I had not had a steak in quite some time. They were offering a special KC Strip w/ bleu cheese. It was honestly the toughest steak I have ever eaten in my life. There was a piece of gristle that I had to remove from my mouth when no one was looking. I was so surprised. This was only the third time I have eaten there. It was quite disappointing. I did not say anything because I was with a business group and did not want to cause a seen. On a more positive note, three in our group order the smaller prime rib. They all raved about it. I almost order that, but wanted a steak. In retrospect, I should have gone with the prime rib.
I have eaten at Billy's for 25 - 30 years. Great food and great staff! I love their burgers. After writing this review, I will be having Billy's for lunch. Can't wait. Thanks Billy!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Tulsa. Their food is amazing, very fresh and flavorful. The staff is excellent.
We were a group of eight on a Sunday evening 8 PM. After a forty minute wait we were seated at a very cramped table meant for six. The food is served on small plates in smaller portion sizes (thanks for that two spoon full macaroni portion). The steaks were cooked to order (a miracle around this area) but lacked seasoning. The chicken was also devoid of all flavor save that of the catfish they fried in the same oil some time ago. My baked potato had so much dry rot i thought it may burst into dust at any second. For the $110 bill i would have expected much better food. Next time I'd rather spend $20 at Popeyes and actually have enough to eat.
Ate there Mother's Day. The service was terrible. Worst I've ever had in a restaurant. Waited almost an hour from the time the appetizer was served before the entree. Had to grab a server to get dessert and then found they were out of the bread pudding.
High prices for low quality entrees. Sirloin tasted like liver and was tough as shoe leather. I shall NOT return.
I ordered from the internet at the rib crib in sapulpa okla.the price on the internet was 39.95 when i went to pickup the meal they charged me 60.00 and said the price on the internet was wrong and there was nothing they could do about it the supervisior was very unproffesional saying thats the way it was and nothing could be done about it.
Baxter's gave my family and I the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. My mother chose the location for our family to convene after her college graduation. There were about 20 of us and we had one waitress who wasn't up to par as far as dealing with large groups. My stepdad's plate came out 12-15 minutes after everyone else's and when we asked the waitress for the manager.. the manager never felt the need to come out and speak with him about it or apologize as the real reason his food was late was because it was simply "forgotten" but the waitress didn't even give us a disclaimer. She never came back to ask us for refills, we had to ask her.. TWICE. Also the food was bland in my opinion. Oh and the checkout process.. Sheesh. Took 40 minutes to pay as our waitress messed up most of our checks three different times. We asked to speak with the manager about 4-6 times and Heather (the manager) never felt the need to come out and speak with paying customers. We also asked 3-4 other employees to have the manager come out and they all had the same excuse of, "she's busy on the computer fixing you all's checks but we will grab her and she will be right out". She literally never came out. NEVER. I am still appalled at how they treated my family and I. There was another large party in the restaurant and they were receiving immaculate customer service. I would say it was racial profiling but you can never be too sure about these things. Nonetheless this restaurant will never see a dime of my families money again and we will be sure to spread the word avidly.
