The office staff is rude. I was abused by an ex and he talked better to me than the office manager. You try to pay what you owe and you get threats and insults. Office manager needs to go to DVIS and figure out how not to abuse people who moved to their complex to get away from abuse.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company neglected our property in their care. They lost maintenance complaints, didn't inform us of needed repairs, allowed our tenants to suffer a week in Tulsa (in the summer) without air conditioning, and generally failed to communicate with us and our tenants throughout our relationship. Despite admitting neglect, they charged us an additional 2 months of service fees when we exited our agreement.
I tried to contact the leasing agent Glinda Hausam. I was met with extreme rudeness. I simply stated interest in a rental property. Her reply was that she was not interested in talking with someone she didn't know. I found that to be extremely rude since she and her number are listed on Zillow as the contact for leasing. She was not eager or even interested in providing any type of service. She went on to add that she had some suggestions for me indicating that she had less than favorable words to say about a simple request for information and a viewing of the property. I certainly would not want to rent from her or this property management group since they practice that level of unprofessionalism. Very rude!
My tour of Vista Shadow Mountain was available at my convenience the same day and I was kindly greeted my the knowledgeable staff. Great value at a great price. Gorgeous views of the Tulsa skyline from Clubhouse and pool.
Do not rent with them. You are highly unlikely to get your deposit back because they will charge you for everything even though the house was not in tip top condition in the first place when you first move in and you already stayed there for two more years. Read more reviews from renters on google.
We did not rent from Realis originally, but from another company. Half way through our lease the owner switched to Realis. They used approximately 70% of our total deposit to redecorate and repaint the property, which it definitely did not need. It was clean and tidy and ready to show when we left. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone, whether you are an owner or a tenant.
Amazing company to work with! I needed a place on short notice and they not only delivered, it's PERFECT. Amazing location, darling updates and layout, maintenance has been on the ball about getting the little small stuff I'm ocd about done. I really couldn't have asked for a better company to sign a lease with. On top of all of that - they even wrote me a thank you note. Cheeky - but I loved it!
Realis is the worst management company I have ever rented from. They are very quick to take your money, and won't give you your deposit back at all. We took care of the house and cleaned it spotless so no reason to keep it. If you contact them they will ignore you. If you have a problem with anything in the house, they will half assed fix it. The tree limbs were so overgrown at the rental property, huge branches would fall. The neighbor got tired of it falling on ther cars so they paid to have the tree limbs trimmed. I felt like a douche for not paying for it myself but hell we were only in the house for 4 months. We moved out before the lease was even done. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Stay away from Realis Management!
they are the WORST EVER!!! they dont tell you anything and charge you for EVERYTHING!!! the owners are very shady and dirty, they will lie and blame you for everything and maintenance is very LAZY they NEVER fix things and ALWAYS DO THE QUICK fix and have you call every time its broke until it have to be replaced.STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
Be careful if your a tenant about asking questions about maintence at your place. I've already talked with maintence management about being blind-sided by a maintence fee . They will not let you know in advance if they are going to charge you or not. It will be a surprise on your bill. I found out the hard way. If getting a hold of Maintence, be sure to ask if your being charged. If you don't ask, they won't say. If you have a maintence bill question, all they will say. "In your lease, we're allowed to charge you this amount.". and they will make you feel lower than them, that they're right and your wrong.. and threaten with "tenant agrees or disagrees to pay bill". I'm stuck paying for a blind-side maintence. To the boss of Realis Management, you need to sit down with your maintence management employees and have a talk with this type of practice they are doing. So unprofessional.
