Purchased an order months ago and never received a call letting me know my order was 'lost.' Called them to reorder to have them tell me they no longer carry that color in that style. They offered a different style which I gave the ok to order and they said they would call me when it arrives. Been weeks now and I called back to see what's going on. They said that the order had been cancelled and that I didn't place another order after my first initial order was lost. If I had cancelled it I would've asked for a refund....... Now I have to wait another week to see if my order will ever arrive. Where is the courtesy in letting your customers know about their lost orders. Paid $30 months ago and I still haven't gotten my item.
We work with this group just about every week. They are great and will go out of their way to help meet your needs. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We have used them for several years and purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment, uniforms, and other items. Avoid if you can. The owner Rick has alot of pride and won't work with you should something go wrong. He sells guns as new/unfired online and when they arrive they have lots of wear on them. He even admited to not inspecting the gun closely however wouldn't give me a small $50 partial refund even though I really wanted $100 since gun is not worth what I paid. He wanted me to be responsible for packaging it up to send back to him . The problem is it comes with a giant wooden case that is somewhat cheap and has a glass front. If something happens in shipping I am screwed hence why I wanted a mere $50 partial refund. I even sent pics and had my ffl agree to talk to him should he call and tell him that it was indeed not "new/unfired". Beware of this guy, he seems nice but those are the worst ones. They laugh all the way to the bank.
Don't go. I used them last year and tried to have a custom skirt done. A couple months went by and so I called and they informed me they would not ever have my school plaid because the company went out of business where they got the plaid. They did return my money. So I go this year, pick out my daughters skirt that just needs hemmed and they inform me this will take a couple of weeks. So here we are more than a month later...I call and inform her that it's been to long i'm coming in for my money she tells me ''once they are altered....'' gets frustrated and hangs up. I get a call the next day that her skirt is ready and to pick it up. I go in the next day and she says ''it's altered, you can't have your money back, I don't care if you burn it, donate it or tear it up.'' She then tells me it's not her fault because she had three people quit. This woman will never take responsibility for her business. If you go here expect no responsibility from this business for anything. It was only 30.00 for her to behave so underhanded was very weird. She told us we were unchristian-like as well??????
I love this place! The staff goes above & beyond for customer service! The selection is amazing and has lots of fun & unique brands to choose from. The store is beautiful. I can't imagine a better place to shop for scrubs and more.
