Willow Creek III

There has been very little effort to make improvements, with shingles falling consistently, leaks going for nearly a year without being attended to, a parking lot that is completely hazardous, desperate need for paint; the list of unattended upkeep not only continues, but increases---as do the dues. Was informed the unsightly and treacherous parking lot has only been approved to patchwork this year. Unacceptable and ghetto.
