Still waiting and have already missed 3 hours of work, but everyone keeps saying it will be delivered. It is now 7:51 pm on 12/2/10. The tracking says it is on the way. When I talk to customer service they say the last delivery is usually 7 pm but the drivers are responsible for delivering all packages before he/she finishe no matter what the time.. I am documenting this to see if it is true or not. It is almost an hour after the normal last delivery time but are these drivers faithful to get the mail delivered as promised or not? Tulsa, Oklahoma.
I will keep you posted. We are supposedly not in the busy Christmas delivery season yet. So far this has cost me almost 4 hours of pay and work that is not getting done for others because I am not at my job.
Do people realized how they influence others in the things they do?
Will change rating if this is delivered.

One of your drivers is a lazy liar and can't find my house, three times now. I'm tired of paying top dollar for no service. It really pisses me off that he said "THE RECEIVER WAS UNAVAILABLE TO SIGN ON THE 1ST DELIVERY ATTEMPT. A 2ND DELIVERY ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE", that's bull cr@p. No note on the door because HE's NEVER BEEN HERE and stupid me, I'm setting here waiting. I have to postpone my plans again because the drive is a lazy idiot. I figure UPS has cost me $$$$ and I want my money back and with that said, I’ll promise to never us UPS again. FedEx Rules, at least they can find my friggin house.
