Do notttttttt move here they are roach infested they dont fix anything the managers never in the office but will come when its time to collect the only time u see staff is when they come to spray two spots then gets mad when u dont clear,everything for the two spots the neighbors,always arguing its loud always i do not recommend anyone to move here ;( unless u like roaches

Nothing seems to get fixed

About 2weeks ago I reported a problem with my air conditioner unit. Still not fix. I've been without an oven since April of this year.

The manager hardly ever in the office

Don't move out here unless you don't have a choice. And yes the place is trashy to many kids roam freely not being watched. Loud music on the premises as well.. Overall poor management.

I moved here in the summer of 2010, the place was decent. But now skip ahead almost 5 years later, we have had over 6 different apartment managers over 9 different maintenance crews - so you never knew who was who or whatever, was frustrating when you needed to report something to get fixed.



Now we have a manage who is never in the office, a maintenance guy who is never here so nothing gets fixed - so if you need something you better leave a message on their phone system and hope it will get done.



The place has become super trashy and horrible over the last couple of years and it seems like they let almost anyone move in now. One of the people in the complex got their door busted in and you hear gunshots all times during the day.



I once really liked this place, now it's just a pitiful place that I am moving away from...



Steer clear!

Nice, clean and affordable apartment complex. Close to shopping, movie theater and restaurants.
