“Love this hotel!”

I stayed here for just one night and check in was smooth and service was great also. t was impeccable from the outside appearance, the lobby decor, and the room layout. The hotel was so clean, nice, the rooms were very spacious & clean.. The exercise facility was clean, well maintained and had numerous types of equipment to choose from. . Enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast is always a true happy experience at Rodeway Inn & Suites. Will definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

Location of the hotel was off the beaten path, tucked behind an RV lot, not shown in pictures. Room was filthy. Spa had caution tape around it. Entire "non-smoking" facility smelled like smoke. Room was too filthy for our two-year-old to walk in. The couch with a pull out bed was broken. Bath tub was dirty. Bed sheets had stains. Didn't feel safe enough to even stay the night! Manager was very rude and not willing to provide us with proper customer service. Would not refund us after spending less than 30 minutes in the room. Left and stayed at another hotel.
