The people are Real Property management Tulsa are beyond terrible. The principal manager told me they had lost several people so they couldn't keep with calls and such but they had no problem getting in touch with me before they had me on the hook for a contract, which said contract strongly covers there behinds but screws over the person renting their house to a leasee. RPMT will fight tooth and nail to give you reasons and keep the tenant staying in your home no matter how many payments they missed, how late they are, or what they have done to your home. You get excuses after excuses for why there is no way RPMT can evict the people in your house, no matter how much money YOU are losing as a result of lost rent. Also they will lie to you and take money from you even if you pay for "eviction protection", in the event they have to actually process an eviction. One example in my contract was I had eviction protection which I paid every month for nearly 2 years and then when the renter finally left on their own accord....at my expense, RPMT rekeyed my locks which was supposed to be FREE to me based on eviction protection. Basically RPMT will only do what's in their interest and not in the rental property owners. Also even though the contract states you get a per diem late fee from the renters based on how many days late they are, RPMT will tell you they can't truly enforce it so there is no punishment for late payments. You will get screwed by RPMT, I lost over 3,000 dollars and had to just move on. Do not make my same mistake and stay away from this worthless property management company.
Awful, never return phone calls, have yet to address the necessary overdue outrageous unacceptable problems. ONG had to come out over 5 times for water heater improperly installed n venting carbon monoxide into the home and all gas receptacle had no valve shutoff or shut on valve hooked up. Wall heaters that are not working n outdated due to no ventilation. Very poor property management at best deplorable and unprofessional.
Renters beware. This is just another company that says they'll get things fixed but never does. I'm renting a place and haven't been able to use the front bathroom. The bathroom sink and bathtub cannot be used until they get the right plumbing hardware. Same goes for the second bathroom sink. I have to use the kitchen sink to brush my teeth and shave. I feel if im paying the amount of rent I'm paying I should be able to use the entire house and facilities. I've called several times for them to fix the problems and keep getting the same answer. We'll send someone to fix it. These guys need to get off their butts and do the job.
