They didn't return my call to set up an appointment for two weeks. When I called to ask why I was told they tried and we didn't return their calls. I explained that we are a business and the phone are answered everyday during business hours. However if we missed a call it would be on caller ID or our answering machine. The truth is they didn't call they lied. Now they tell me they need to raise the price they quoted me two weeks ago on my initial call from $85 to $125 (47% increase) unless I will sign a contract with them. Why would anyone want to sign a contract for such poor service?
I feel like they took advantage of me and lied
I'm glad the other reviewer had a good experience with them but ours was horrible. We called them out to our house to spray the inside and outside (under our home) and they never did under the house. We paid for it, but never received it. The man who came out to do the job...NEVER accessed the under-side of our home. Instead he went out to his van (not knowing he was being watched) and sat there. When my husband called to complain about it...he was told by a woman that the guy did do under our house (which we know he did not), that he was a long-time employee and wouldn't lie to them about that. Well guess what? He did lie and we continued to have bugs and spiders (because he didn't treat under the house as he claimed!)
He lied about completing the job...and they ripped us off for the money they didn't provide in service. We will NEVER use them again. Instead we have switched to Bugs or Us. The guy who came out this past week was very nice, very friendly, helpful...DID THE WHOLE JOB thoroughly and because we were so satisfied we decided to have him come out on a regular basis (since we live in the country) for regular treatments.
We will NEVER us Mother Nature's ever again and will never recommend them!
