Absolutely ridiculous! After speaking with a salesperson Cannon for three days about one particular truck, we drove over three hours to see it. It was supposed to have been held back, but instead the wrong truck was held. The one we were interested in had been sold the day before. With little concern over his mistake, Cannon found another more expensive truck that was comparable. Sales manager Justin got involved in the negotiations or lack there of, and again with little concern and zero customer appreciation refused to acknowledge their mistake and make any effort to remedy the situation by offsetting the additional charges we would now have to pay for that truck. It was a total waste of time and gas! This business could care less about its customers. It's all about the money they can make!

Worse service I've ever had anywhere they worked on my car I had bought there 3 days after buying the vehical it need work.... I bought warranty so it goes in they tell me it will be done Friday I didn't get it back until Monday not a big deal I wasn't upset about that.... but... they won't keep you updated at all... I got my car back abut a week LAITER and the center dash was still popped out and it was hard to get into 5th gear so I open it just to find out they left things unplugged they left a rubber cover next to fifth gear super dandrous.. & my exhaust is really lose and raddles witch I did not prior. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Worse exsperance ever.

I needed to purchase a vehicle before my retirement and I was able to get a new car with a lower payment than my previous auto loan. My salesman, Erik, had all my paperwork ready to go, so all I had to do was pretty much sign when I got there. It was the best car buying experience I have had.

Recently purchased my second vehicle at Bob Hurley Ford. Salesman Erik Negelein and Finance Manager David Hunter were both awesome. Erik worked hard to find me car I wanted and David did everything he could and got me the best rate and terms he could. I drove away very happy and would recommend any one look for a new or used vehicle to try Bob Hurley first. CM. Tulsa,OK
