I advertised in the 2011 Moore book. Distribution to be completed by May 1st. I was contacting the company in April

to see when the book was coming out, a closer date, as well as to let them know that I had never received a proof for my display ads. This is a relatively new book to this market and I had advertised with them for a couple of years with good results.( you would see the book on the kitchen table, the customer would mention it or you would find out by asking). I have a well established service company that has served the Moore area for decades, with a large customer base throughout. Not one has used our services out of this 2011 book. This book was never distributed to any Moore residential addresses to my knowledge. Customers in the Moore market are very familiar with this type of book marketed strictly to the Moore market and not to surrounding communities as well. For this year and for this book 2 new phone numbers with seperate phones to answer them, were taken out by me, with 2 new company names, these were just for the display ads that were put into this book. These were not printed anywhere else until the Dec. 2011 book of a different publisher ( single line listings only).Absolutely no service calls were generated from the American Yellow Pages, a book that has been above average in previous years. This book was not distributed to residential addresses, and only a token few were distributed , in the middle of August, after another bewildering conversation with the only couple of people that OPERATE this company.(Looks like a token Chamber of Commerce delivery) I understand that they have had a change of ownership or directors and this is not the a good book or comapny to advertise with. BEWARE of the UP FRONT MONEY that you will lose with this company. Upon talking to the couple of representatives of their company, they have went on and on , in the conversation about TEAMS of delivery people and how yes they might miss an address of two but they would send a team out to canvass that street; Remember this is their only couple of representatives; I then said to them, What do you mean TEAMS? This book is supposed to be direct mailed to all mailing addresses in the Moore zip codes. As we were told originally when we took out advertising with this company several years ago and their main sales pitch when they come through your door. Then there is silence on the other end and oh yeah thats right that book is mailed. (Based in Tulsa) for only a couple of people (we talk to the same ones everytime) to go on and on about their delivery practices about how good they are and what they do, for them to not know for 2 conversations of the many, that these are supposed to be a mailed product, not a delivered product. RED FLAGS start to go up, these aren't the only red flags. They started sending invoices before May, The alleged distribution date. of course upon recieving that, not to be in arears with the company, we started calling and asking all around to try to find the book, We physically went into the chamber of commerce on 2 seperate occasions in May and the girl at the desk physically went over to check to see if they had that book and knew exactly which book, This is a small book, not to be confused with Yellow Books book which includes another community. And from that point forward kept checking with the Chamber of commerce as well as our customers during this time period as well as phone calls to American Yellow Pages. No 2011 American Yellow Pages Books At their office, at the chambers office or any customers homes. According to their own representatives, American Yellow Pages office in Tulsa had no copies yet as of late July. (I had been calling weekly prior to this) Then all of the sudden their story changes in early August; our conversation , shock! THose went out in May (Remember These were the same people we were talking to all along not new people, the same people) WATCH OUT FOR THEM
